Center mount exhaust

I am getting the Loud mouth exhaust system for my car and i was thinking about getting the package for customracer.com that comes with the loud mouth system and the quad center mount exhaust. So the question is do you think the center mount exhaust will look bad.

I think the CME looks okay, it is definately different which is good. I like the dual pipes and even the dual dual pipes, either one of those I think looks best on our cars.

there's just something about it that i don't like. There's a guy in our club that has it on his pewter SS 'vert, and I think it looks like ***. But that's just my opinon.

If YOU like it, that's all that matters

I originally bought and installed that kit....

I loved the tips, so I kept them, but HATED the body valances, so I ditched them and picked up the Camaro SS CME single body extension.

Result:
Rear
Side rear

Still needs to be paint matched and professionally installed at a body shop, but you get the idea

I think, since you already have ground effects, the two body pieces that come with the kit will look good.

Ive always liked it. I personally think that it is a waste of money but if its what you want it looks cool, but only if you have a body kit to go with it and then I dont like body kits,

i dont like the quad tips with the valance they give you...the quad tips with the CME valance looks pretty good, but the CME with the CME valance looks badass

I love the CME valance so much

I'm atcually wanting to trade my B&B triflow for a CME exhaust w/ valance

EDIT: not the quad though the quad valance makes it look wierd IMO

Well i also thought the SLP loud mouth would sound bad on a V6 but i heard a firebird w/ one that had the dual tips not the dual/dual setup and it sounded very good for a 6er but i mean of course it would sound raspy in the higher RPM's but thats what happens when you are missing 2 cylinders and even the best exhaust system will not eliminate that problem and BTW i will also be getting CIA headers and taking off the cat when i get the exhaust system. But i have also heard that exhaust tips can also change the tone/sound of a car. So do you think the quad tips would help the sound/tone or make it worst.

Here a link to the firebird w/ lound mouth: Its on the very bottom of the page and it has one just idiling/reving and a video of it driving around.

I've heard the LM on a V6 Firebird. A guy in our club has it. I say go for it. I mean, it won't sound like a V8, but it'll be the best sounding V6 in your area. I think that it sounds good for a V6.

when i put my quad tips on (before i had the cutout), the sound was DEFINITELY changed....sounded a lot smoother and more refined....less raspy-ness than before.

hope this helps
