will a 97+ consol work in my 93?? i want the kind that the lid flips to the side instead of flipping to the rear since they are so prone to breaking. and if any1 has one for-sale, shoot me a prv message.

 

They will work, but you will lose your cassette holder thingy under the radio, so you kinda have a hole there that odds odd in my opinion.

 

I never liked that dead space in the camaro myself anyway, I prefered the set up of the firebird. Anyhow, If i recall correctly there is some peice (I know this is sacriligous but) out of the mustang that fits in this space. Do a search on the topic. Someone found a peice off the mustang that fills in the hole left by the swop.

Check on ebay for one. I just won a 99 SS center console for my 94 for $80. I don't know if thats a good price or not. I need to look into that part that fills the gap.
