Looks pretty good- If I had more dough I would get one- they look pretty sweet and functional...Is the back of the cowl open too?

No, it's like stock. The under side is cover with regular fiberglass so mod'ing it would not be to hard.

You can see the scoop is open in a couple of the pictures...

I would open up the cowl...would help move some air thru the engine bay and keep things a little cooler I would think.

How much did you end up paying? Was it over $1k? If so, I wouldn't mess with a darn thing.
