afterthoughtsauto.com also will do it for ya..
Generaly, I was told, the way to figure out how much it will cost to have it done professionally will be to add two inches to the length and width, find the area, and then multiply the area by $0.75 and you'll get the amount it'd take to CF that panel. $.75 a square inch.. plus two inches on each side for overhang and what not.. seems a decent price.
