I saw an episode of Overhaulin with a black first gen that had a red candy color over the base coat. I'd like to do something similar to that with my 80 except with a blue candy and the stock blue stripes (no flames)

Anybody have this done on their car and how much did it cost? Any recommendations? HOK, PPG, Dupont or anything??
