can you clear 98+ tailights on my T/A

just wondering if you can clear my 98 tailights on my T/A
i know you can on 93-97 but what about 98?

I don't think you can because with the 93-97 the red lens is INSIDE the assembly, where as the 98+ the red is in the outside lens. I think it would look good if it were possible.
