I have never liked the lt1 front ends. The 91 to 92's are awesome but the ls1 is gorgeous. Speaking of lights the trans ams tail lights are awful. I can say that cause I am buying one. Will definately have to put blackouts on it to hide those AWFUL tail lights. Ls1 front ends are beautiful and it would probably help the lt1's front end alot with the lights. I can say this too cause I had a lt1 z, granted with ground effects and other stuff the lt1's are beautiful.

 

I hate the LT1 front ends. The lights just look too cheap and Geo Metro-ish to me.

Personally, I think the side view of the LT1 looks 10x better than the LS1. From the side, a LT1 looks like wild cat or panther whereas the LS1 is a fish. I would also rather have cheaper looking lights than Chrysler lights. LS1 drivers, please don't take this with offense. I'm not flaming. I love you guys and your cars.

 

With the side view on the lt1 the front looks way to thin, unless they have ground effect. I never thought that looked right, but who cares I love all camaros!

 

LT1 front + headlight covers =

 

I really dont want my car looking like a chrystler , but then again like someone else said if the ls1 front ends have halo lights and a slp lower grill that makes it looks better , i have clear headlight covers on my lt1 which makes it look more modern , overall i just think the lt1 looks more aggressive with headlight covers and gfx. but stock i think it looks like a geo-like front end ESPECIALLY on a non black car that has the black headlight shroud things and the black grill and black mirrors. just my $.02

 

I can live with an LS1 front end, if and only if the following are done:

1) Aftermarket hood (Preferably SLP Ultra-Z)
2) Aftermarket grille

The halo lights are OK, but not necessary for me. I think the LS1 T/A's and Formulas look fine the way they are, but a hood always helps.

BTW, the 93-97 Camaros do not look like GEO Metros, they look like GEO Storms!

the metro stole the lt1 look. the 93-7 fronts are only rivled by that of the 67-69. the newer style 4th gen is lame, the lines on the hood suck, the front sucks. the car lost a lot, think about it, lets take the sleek look and strech it to be bigger. yeah, that helped. the old 4th gen owns

 

 

it was the strom. the strom tried to take the 3rd gen styling too.

 

Whoa it would be sweet to drop a LT1 in a geo storm
