Wax it regularly and get a car cover. DONT COVER IT IN THE RAIN!! The car covers mildew and cause all kinds of problems when wet. I have covered parking, but no garage. Just wax it regularly and keep those f'ing neighborhood cats off the hood!! (cats are my problem).

how bout one of those "insta-shade" thiings, you can get them big enough to park under...would keep alot of sun and most of the rain off it...

wash it three times a week, and wax it when it needs it...and it should be fine

when you wash your car this much, it really gets to only take 30 minutes at most, just hose it off and dry it if its just dusty, and if it actually is dirty, maybe an hour at most, wheels and all

Try to avoid parking underneath trees or around them. So much crap comes off them, sap, leaves, bird ****. When it's dry outside, keep her covered with a car cover, when it's wet let her get it. Just rinse her off with water afterwards. As for cleaning her, I only wax mine once every four weeks. But, I strip off the old wax using Dish washing fluid and water and then I put about two coats of haze remover followed by 4-5 coats of wax. Yea, it takes a day, but it's so worth it! During the next 4 weeks I just rinse her off with a hose and dry her with a cotton towel. Don't worry about leaving her out in the open, as long as you keep some water and sponge around she'll be fine. Oh and don't let your girlfriend back her firebird into it;

Some of us live in apartments & do not have access to a hose to do so. So far so good with covering mine in the rain.
