sounds like a custom job to me, i haven't seen a kit for it. but i'm not too up on my 3rd gens, so don't quote me on that.

 

go to fbodymotorsports.com, the have the C4 panel for 499.99, not the C5, i dont think anyone make a C5 panel for a 3rd gen

I saw a picture of a black Camaro with this done in Super Chevy magazine. It looked very good and I am planning on doing it. I purchased a second rear taillight filler panel and four C-5 taillights off ebay. The guy used the European lenses with back-up lens. I probably will use the stock rear lights to make a mold to create a fiberglass fill in.

 

Do they do a kit for the 93-02's?
