On my rear driver side panel my clear coat is starting to bubble, only when its cold out though. But I noticed that its starting to get a little bigger, is there anything I can do to prevent it from spreading?? thanks

 

repaint whatever it is its obviously under the clear so it would probally need to be sandded down

 

any other way then sanding and repainting?? i dont care if it looks like crap I dont have enough money to repaint it and I dont want it to get worse than it is now
