bright blue metallic '93-'97 Camaro
This is the first time I've ever seen one painted this 1999-only color. I'm almost positive that's what this '94 V6 Camaro was repainted. According to the VIN, which I decoded, it was originally Medium Quasar Blue, which it most definitely is not any longer!
I've been waiting for years to see one painted this color. It looks incredible! The car classified is here for anyone who cares:

Here's the factory '99 only color for comparison:

certainly looks like it! Robin's white camaro really makes me hate those black corners on the LT1 headlight buckets now though I imagine the corners don't look good painted in every color, but they look so unfinished in flat black. A black LT1 car solves that issue though!

To me , it honestly looks like a photo of Quazar car that was brightened up before it was posted or set the camera up with to much positive exposure for daylight . Could be wrong though , something just doesnt look right to me .

The blue looks good. The car strikes me as stock though so I'm not sure the color is any different than stock. I don't think someone who kept it that stock would spend the thousands of dollars it took to paint it a slightly different color. I've made my car look red and various blues in photoshop so I would tend to believe someone just took a pic of it in bright sunlight with the camera on some setting or brightened it in photoshop.

It's definitely not stock paint.
The VIN says the car was originally medium quasar blue, and medium quasar blue doesn't look like that, even in the brightest sunlight.
Check out these high res pics of it, it isn't photoshopped or fooled with:

I wish the dealership that has it would have sent me some more pics of it. It's funny when an ad says "email us for more pictures!" they almost never answer my email.
