Post Bri-Top Vinyl Dye

I recently found this stuff online searching for some black vinyl dye to convert my interior to true black.

After receiving it, I tested it out on the passenger hatch panel. I first cleaned it off with water and Joy dishwashing liquid, dried it, and then applied two coats of the Bri-Top.

After letting it set for only a few hours, it looks GREAT! A perfect shine (not too gaudy, not too flat), and I REALLY had to dig my fingernail in to get even a hint of the color coming off. It is water-based, but it's as permanent as can be with water-based.

Just wanted to pass along the info for anyone looking to do the same as me. It's marketed to restore old interiors (dashes, etc.) on old cars, but works great on new ones too.

If anyone else has experience with it, let me know how it's held up for you!
