Boyd Smoothie I vs II's

What the difference between the Smoothie I's and the Smoothie II's? I see a lot of Smoothie II's here and there on the internet on the f-bodys but i never have seen the Smoothie I's....is there a reason for this?

The Smootie II uses what is known as a soft lip rim, it does not have the step up center section where the center of the wheel is welded to the rim, this makes the center section of the Smootie II bigger than the Smoothie.

Smoothie II style uses a cast center section mated to a smooth spun outer rim. The smooth outer rim design allows for a larger center section as compared to a traditional rim design and incorporates a smooth rolled lip edge for dramatic styling.
