bought a grill and doesnt fit!~

bought this grill

first of all the grill is only 5 bars and not the 6 stated in the auction. second the grill doesnt fit properly into the front bumper. third the instructions stink. fourth the auction states its a direct bolt in and the instructions say that you may have to modify the grill or your bumper to get the proper fit. wtf. what should i do?

how can i make it look better?

here is a picture of my car.

The picture of the 93-97 shows 6 bars, but there's no mention in the auction about it having 6 bars. Satisfaction is garaunteed, though, so if you tell him you're not satisfied with it, then he SHOULD honor your request for a return/refund.

if you buy a $25 ebay special, you should expect $25 worth of billet grill. I bet if you get one from RK Sport or somewhere else, it would look/fit a lot better.

You can say that again!!!

Just for shiets and giggles, I bought a cheap CAI (less than $50 shipped) for my wife's Expedition and it wasn't even close to fit on there. Everything was WAY off. It took a couple of months, but I did get all my money back, though.

Never again will I buy any of that stuff.

Some people have gotten pretty good fitment/quality with these cheap Ebay parts, but I'd still spend a few bucks more and get a brand name product which usually does what it is supposed to and fits where it is supposed to fit.

There is no quality control whatsoever with these cheap parts, so it is definetely a hit and miss.

the other side is the same way. does it matter if the front nose of my camaro is aftermarket>? yeah i was thinking about grinding it done to fit. it probably be easyer to fix it myself than to send it back.

the grill itself is made well. just doesnt fit all that good
