Body removal

Hi everybody, a couple months back I bought a 1980 z28 that is pretty sound mechanically but has a lot of body work to be taken care of. I figured I might as well do it the right way and take the body off so that I can sand blast everything and put some fresh paint on the frame and body metal. I've never done this before and was hoping for some tips or maybe a link to step by step instructions. Thanks

a 1980 Z28 is not a body on frame car. no fbody ever was. there is no "frame" to take the body off of.

you can get it down to the main unibody but thats about it.

I couldn't find a second gen shell but here is a first gen. as you can see this is about as far down as you can take it.
