Hi ppl. I ve decided to buy a body kit for my 96 z28. there are two kits that i like .. one is vizage kit and the other one is the wingswest kit.
I dont really like the front of the vizage kit and on the other hand i didnt like the back of the wingswest kit either.
i found a camaro on cardomain, and the guy says his kit is westwings.. but i looked at the westwings site and they only have 2 kits for 96 camaro. His back bumper doesnt match any of the kits. can some one check this out for me and tell me what kit he got on? maybe the back is custom made. i dunno

wings west, a guy has the same rear piece here and it's a wings west kit.

 

That is the wings west kit without the vinyl inserts put on.

That is the difference in the center of the rear piece... but it IS the wings west kit. The vinyl inserts are optional.

I have the same kit on the same color car.
My kit didn't come with inserts, or stickers.
Anyways looks better without!

another thing. this is the kit with part # 89853 right?
cuz there is two kits the other one is called the F1 that looks like ****.
one more thing... what do u guys think of the vizage kit as compared to this wingswest kit?

Not to crazy about the Vizages kit, It's a bit to ricey looking for my taste. Whereas the Wings West kit compliments the Camaro nicely. I buying the Wings West kit soon

The ebay ones usually don't come with the vinyl inserts, but if you look at the install instructions, they talk about the vinyl inserts you can put on the rear piece...

As far as the vizage kit, I think the rear vizage piece looks pretty nice, and the sides have potential, if you mount them correctly. The front vizage piece has potential as well, but overall, the wings west kit looks smoother, and the vizage kit looks more "aggressive".

 

Buy the Wings West kit from www.newwayautosports.com they have the cheapest prices around, thats where I got my kit. Also the W-type nose and rear and different from the F1 kit. The F1 is the RS type kit. I have the W-type and i love it, I think it makes the car look way more aggressive. The only problem is that I ground out on EVERYTHING, it doesn't usually hit the front piece just the airdamn but the scraping gets annoying.

 

i have the vizage kit.....its great in my opinion...the sideskirts are awsome and the rear is good too....however i am replacing the front with wings west

 

Marky82 u said u ground alot. did u lower the car too? cuz thats what i hate.. i dont want it to ground.. so i thought if i didnt lower the car it would be fine
