Anyone know of a kit for making the ss scoop black...not the decal that goes just inside the scoop..this one was on the cover of a GM Perf. magazine and has the top of the scoop black.

 

Is that a kit/decal....I thought it was just painted black...I was thinking of doing that to my car, only in silver...a kit would be nice that way it could be removed easily if I don't like it though
