If you can afford them, get them now. If not, it's not that much of an issue. I still haven't gotten new shocks, but the car still handles like a winner. Here is my car with an idea I just came up with. Instead of getting new wheels, I might just paint the spokes black.

you are correct about the wheels...however there is absolutely nothing wrong with the ground effects, if there was i probably wouldnt drive it let alone take a picture of it untill it was fixed...most be a glare problem.
