best adhesive for installing ground effects PERMANENTLY?!?!?

just wondering what u guys thing would be the best adhesive to stick on the front ground effect on my car?? i already had it on fine, but i hit a orange cone sitting in the middle of the road (couldnt avoid it) and it ripped the front right off. im still going to screw it in, but was thinking about using some type of apoxy to keep it on for good. and plus it has to be painted again also

also... has anyone tried using apoxy to hold it to the car along with a few screws?? how has it held up??

thanks in advance for any advice!

I just posted this like 2 weeks ago, big discussion about different things to use, if you go with pauls setup you can use microballons to mold the kit, you can use the 3M tape with a heatgun to get it realllllllllllllllllly stuck or you can do like i did an use the black (to match the car) galvanized screws with speed nuts to ensure they do not fall off, and use 3M tape and a heatgun to make it even more stuck =)
