Hey guys, I just bought a black Z28 and I was thinking of putting some of the gray Z06s (17s) and gray hockey stripes on it. Anybody else have some suggestions? Any other color/accent combos that look really good?

I say chrome rims, and white hockey stripes.

black and chrome/polished alum. is in my opinion nicest. i have a 95 black z with smoothie ii's and am getting a set of polished badges and rear camaro inserts. but black and red look nice too.

 

My 95 Z28 is black, and I went with silver and blue vinyl accents from Brent Franker. My wheels are polished TT2s. My brake calipers are a blend of Duplicolor silver and blue caliper paint, which I think turned out a really awesome shade of pearlescent blue. I'm going to try to duplicate it on my aftermarket brake kit that I'll be going to soon.

94 PatriotRed Z, where did you get the full body hockey stripes? I've only seen the half-stripes that run to the door.

I'm not a huge chrome fan, but I definitely like the look of your's, Nate

I'm just looking for something tasteful but I still different, that's why I was thinking about a black and gray/gunmetal color combo.

Does anybody have some pics of C6 or C6 ZO6 wheels on their camaro?

I'm not a huge fan of the Hockey Stripes, but it's your car.

 

That would be my vote. Mine has chrome ZR1's with red badges and rear inlay to match the red/blk interior.

 

Here's mine with my Gunmetal Grey Z06 wheels. I have seen Gunmetal Grey Z06 wheels on a black Z before, and they look friggin sweet IMO. If you are interested in getting some, I will be looking to sell mine with the tires this winter.

Thanks for the compliments. The car is actually lowered 3/4 of an inch (the same as an SS), and I don't plan on lowering it anymore. I have 2 friends that have their F-bodies dropped at least 1 1/2 and although they look a little better, they scrape the ground everywhere! I'll give up the little difference in looks just to not bite my lip everytime I run over a speed bump or go over a dip in the road and scrape the bottom of the car.

 

Ok guys, so should I get gray C5 or C6 ZO6s?
