i didnt do it...i wish i knew how to opperate a camera more advanced that a disposable.

a guy took for a car club...maybe it was a mess up...but i think it looks cool

That's cool.

I used to do that in photo class in high school.

Just use a camera that you can set the exposure time on - and set it to take the picture over a period of 10 or 15 seconds.

Everything standing still will look normal - everything moving will be a blur.

You can take some creepy ghost pictures that way, just start out standing still and then quickly get out of the pic half way through the exposure time.
You'll appear to be ghost like.

VERY nice picture


My digital does it.. It is very sensitive to any movement once you find yourself in a low light/night situation. Most of the time it's an annoyance, but sometimes I can use it to my advantage and take a shot like that on purpose.

I took this out on patrol one night. I like the way it came out.
