Bad $hit

About 3 weeks ago I finally got to order my kit from autoaccesories.com. Then 2 days ago wings west called me and said that they werent dealing with them anymore but I could get the kit through them directly. Ok the problem is they already took my money so then I finally got in touch with them and they said there going bankrupt!
and there saying hopefully ill have my money back in 30 days. (Key word hopefully)I dont know wether I should

Did you happen to use a credit card? If you did, dispute the charges...If not, you'll have to file a petition as a plantiff in Bankruptcy Court against them. Doesn't necessarily mean you'll get your money back, but at least they'll put you in line....
