I recently did the Hella FF75 driving light conversion on my 1994 Z/28 and needless to say it did loads for the driving and looks of the car. But unfortunately during this past winter the temperature change of the warm low beams to the extreme cold outside cracked the glass lense on both my low beams. I went to Jack at Hella USA with my problem and he first suggested working it out with the vendor. Since I got mine from ebay the vendor wasnt doing anything. I contacted Jack again and he said he would send me out a pair but to beware who I buy from next time.

Lesson learned buy your Hella's from none-other than an official Hella vendor.

Good to hear. Are you running 55 Watt bulbs? or something bigger? I'm just wondering if the extra heat could of caused a problem.
