AR TT II's charcoal painted centers arrived

Well after 10 weeks my AR TT II's charcoal painted centers arrived (glossy centers) I am having them installed on Saturday. I will post more pics once installed.

Very Nice!

I am sure you will post pics when they are on the car. That should look great on pewter - I have seen it before.

How much did that set you back if you don't mind me asking? Did AR paint them for you, or was that from a seperate company?

That looks good! I've seen similar on the GMMG cars and they do look good!

Ehhh... I'm happy for you.

It looks good and all... I just like them completely polished.

If I was going to do anything to a set of TT2s it would be to dip them in chrome.

Looks nice though.

Thanks yea I have wanted these for 3 years far too many people have polished ones. I was thinking about the chrome ones thye offer but the painted centers I wanted.

Total was $1299 they were ordered from a GMMG dealer who go them from AR directly.

I like 'em. If it were me though, I would have gotten polished. Those should look good on your car though.

Hmmm.....that's almost the exact same color that my car is getting ready to be sprayed. I wonder how that would look.....

Funny you mention that because I'm the complete opposite. I don't know what it is but to me the TTII wheels look "cheap" if chromed. I don't know WHY I think they do? Maybe the style? But, to me, the TTII wheel is the type of wheel that should NOT be overly shiney. Either polished or painted but no chrome TTII for me

LOL! Yeah, well, that's just ME and what I'd like. If everyone had the same tastes this world would be a boring place
