Anyone replace interior bulbs with white LEDs?

I have alot of superwhite LEDs laying around and I'd like to repalce my bulbs to make my interior a bit brighter and less draw is always nice. I'm just worried the white light is going to look off. Has anyone done this with nice results?

I replaced my mirror lights with 1 white led in each side and it's just as bright as the stockers were. I plan on adding another though to make it even brighter so I can read/look for stuff at night more easily.

I did my door switch illuminator also but the led sticks out too much I'm gonna try and make that flush.

I got a better camera know so when I get my firewire in the mail, I'll upload and post up

Re: Anyone replace interior bulbs with white LEDs?

Thanks, I just installed 3 bright white LEDs (11cd) per side and I'm drawing about 50mA rather than 250mA before. So now, just with both map lights on I draw 400mA less which is nice because I can literally leave them on for days without starting problems. Its also much brighter, looks alot nicer being white rather than orange. I know that sounds dumb but the car looks alot sleeker now and not so outdated. Not to mention I never have to change a bulb again. Next I'm doing the foot lighting (another 400mA saved). I changed the domelight over but had to use 12 LEDs for enough brightness and it looked funny becuase I could see odd spaced beams of light everywhere. So I am getting a 17cd 10mm 180 degree white LED. Its larger and spreads the light in all directions. I think 5 of those will be plenty.
