Looks to be the same as the Freedom Designs or RK sport spoiler to me.

 

Freedom design isnt 3 peice and the rk one is too high for me.

 

I've seen it in person. It's about as tall as the stock RS 3-piece.

 

And about how tall is that, out of curiosity?

 

About 2" - 2 1/4" or so.

 

I have this spoiler on my '98 Z. I got it from RK Sport. It is a 3-peice SCCA approved 5" high. Looks good if you have a Camaro with a big hood cowl like mine. The one in the link you sent looks like the 3" high. It is only applied with 3M tape. Mine had to bolted.

 

I think ill just go with a 98-02 SS spoiler I cant find a 3 peice I like.

It isn't. DG motorsports is located in Oceanside Cali, I've been there a few times myself and have seen that particular spoiler. It's no bigger than the stock RS spoiler but with out the same body lines. There is a version that has the same lines as that one that RK Sport sells which is 5" tall (which i happen to have). There is a differance...

it doesnt have a 3rd brake light, but thats the price you pay to be different!

if i had to choose a 3 piece tommarow, it would definately be the dg motorsports one just b/c it doesnt have those grooves around the edges like the rs does.
