Just wondering if anyone has any pictures of camaros with either of these hoods..

Also does anyone know if harwood make any SS hoods??? I know i've seen them in catalogs that my body shop dude had and we even called and checked the price on them but it was for my friends ls1 car.

Anyone know if harwood makes good hoods?

The 2nd link is quite possibly my favorite hood on LT1s.

 

Yea i love the hood but i've only seen one on a car that wasn't painted on e-bay for like 400 but it was pick up only in new york .

I might just have to get it since i can drive up there and get it which will save me alot of money then rather have it shipped. Although i wanted to go with an SS hood and paint the scoop like i had planned but they are so hard to find and they are damn expensive lol.

 

I love SS hoods, especially with a painted scoop, but they're the most common hood. I like different.

 

Yea thats what i wanted to do but they are common but i haven't seen any LT1 SS hoods around here with the hood scoop painted even though theres very little SS LT1's.

here's a photoshop i did a while ago...i wanted the hood...im in the same position as you...SS or hardwood? although im not a fan of the harwood ram air...its 2nd best though on my list as far as ram air hoods (right after the SS hood)

I was leaning towards the cowl hood if i cant get a SS hood but now after seeing some of the ram air pics im just not sure anymore lol. They all look nice. Did any of yall have any problems with fitment and how good of quality is it? I also thought the harwood cowl hood was a little bit wider then that.

If i can get a SS hood im planning on painted the scoop gun metal and getting some matching rims.

I have the cowl hood from Harwood. I love it. I hung my stock hood on the cieling of my garage and one of my friends saw it up there and said he liked the stock hood better. Oh well, what does he know, he has an F-150. I can email anyone pics if any is interested. It is painted by the way. And of course it's silver.
