Check out some of the before pics in the signature. Hard to keep up. If you are going to do it, get them powdercoated. Very easy to maintain and won't chip very easily I hear. Costs around 200-300 to have it done in the color you want I believe.

 

Painted wheels look awesome, I clean inside my wheels every time i wash the car. At the end of season remove the wheels for a thorough cleaning.

 

yes get them powdercoated around 45 bucks a wheel

 

this is when i stripped the paint from them, polished them, and painted the inside black.
