anybody have these corners

I am getting my car painted black and was deciding between clear corners and these black corners
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/93-94...ayphotohosting

I can't find any pictures of cars with the black corners so I can compare though...anybody have some to help me decide?

I just don't see there being much reflectivity since the housing is all black and the lenses don't have any diffusers in them. It just seems that you wouldn't be able to see the blinkers very well.

You can't. They're barely lit up.. I can't even tell the DRLs are on most of the time. As far as safety goes, they probably aren't the smartest.. but they came with my halos so I just threw them on. I'm sure they're slightly better than the blackout covers on the previous ones.

I used to have the turn signal smoke covers RK Sport sold that were black back in the day. It looked really good, but it wasn't the easiest to see during the day, at night it was no problem. Might catch hassle for it by police too.

wow that black car looks freakin incredible. I am actually getting my car painted black next month and thats why i was looking at those turn signals. I am also getting the black housing halos that come with those signals so I figured I would just throw them on but I wanted to see how they looked first. if the clear corners were far better i would have spent more money to get those but I think I will just go with the black. I do imagine that they are a little harder to see but most of the people who need to see your blinkers are behind you anyways.

if anyone could get a pic of them working at night it would be cool. get a better perspective

I used a clear window sealant around the housing to keep it from leaking. They have never fogged on me.
