Anybody ever polish stock throttle body?

What would be the best method to do this? Do I need any special tools or equipment to complete the job?

I did it, i used an assortment of sandpaper, a polishing wheel on a buffer, and some polish compound. The tb is hard to do because of all the curves and crevices on them.

A whole hell of alot harder than it sounds. I was amazed at the difficulties in polishing. Go to polishinginc.com/ls1 and that guy will charge you 35 bucks to polish it.

The LS1 tb is easier to polish than the lt1 unit.
