Now my only problem is finding someone who I can trust to do the install.
I did some research and Nobody does the conversion for the 93-96 clusters. I want to buy a HUD so bad but I have no clue who could install it here.

I am still looking myself. While getting work done on my car at a couple different major advertizers in GM-High Tech Performance Mag, I asked them if they would be confident in doing the install for my HUD (purchasable through LPE)and they both turned me down, and suggested I find a good car stereo shop I trusted to do the install. The problem is I don't have a stereo shop that I trust to do it, so for now, my HUD still remains in the box in came in.

Yeah ask him if they do 93-96's and if not why. I never could get a answer on why they do 97+ and not 93-96. What could be so different beside the digi part?

That sucks dude. I may just not get it now. Do you have a way of posting the instructions or sending them to me in a email? I want to ask around and see if they can understand the instructions before I buy it. I wonder would the stealership do it? BTW did you edit your post??

Half of the directions are in Japanese! But the English directions give very "General" explanations and directions since the HUD is meant for any late model GM vehicle. I haven't tried a dealership yet. I might check into that.

Thanks for the thread. Unfortunatly they don't go to far into the installation details. But at least now I know it can for sure be done.
