A few people on the board have that...i've seen pictures. I'm not to sure i'd want to drill into the bumper though

That is a rip-off of the SLP plate bracket.
It mounts to the nose below the car where the bolts/holes can't be seen, then the 'arms' extend up the front to hold the plate.
I don't like the look at all... but then again all front plates suck.
I kept mine down on the air dam under the car when I had to use a front plate. Believe it or not, it is very visible to oncoming LEOs when it's there.
