Smile Aluminum Interior Pics Please

Hey guys/gals. I was wondering if anybody who has pictures of an aluminum interior kit installed on a Camaro (preferably 97+) could post some pictures. I'd greatly appreciate it, thanks.

If your thinking about going with real aluminum IMO I wouldn't do it because it looks really cheesy...

Silver on the other hand can be pulled off if done right

dlx3200 did you get your car repainted, I like the yellow, especially with the yellow/black (the door handles were black). I wish I could make mine yellow, everyone has a red camaro

Yes, I had it painted Millienium Yellow. So when I had the car painted I had them spray the interior pieces too.

Question

So, you think that I should have the pieces painted silver, rather than buy an aluminum kit? I was actually planing on mixing the aluminum with carbon fiber pieces to get a really custom look.
How would I go about making the surfaces silver? Anybody have pics?

-Ken

I've done some of my interior with "aluminum" enamel paint. So far just the door handle bezels and rear speaker grilles. But I'll probably be doing more pieces, along with my black and yellow theme. If put together right, these three colors look good!

Dlx3200, where you at the Woodward Ave dream cruze this last year? If so I remember your car, I was the guy in the 96 SS (red) W/ N20. We where at a light and you purged at me, and I purged back. I think your car is sweet. I was too parinoid to race, but I think we would of had a really good run.

i was wanting to paint my interior to give it that brushed aluminum type of look. do you have to sand down the plastic first or just clean it and spray it on? i got this chrome enamel paint, would that look good?
