they are not THAT big. I would say a little larger than most other aftermarket pieces. But I really enjoyed my white Hurst shifter ball on top of my Pro 5.0 shifter. You won't be disappointed.

just HOW big are they ??? The stock ball was plenty big enough for me at a little over 2" in daimeter... but I really prefer the SLP/SS version

I added to my Lou's short stick. I had one of the OLD style Hurst 4-Spd. ball shifters years ago but it wasn't near as big in diameter as the stock leather ball from my Z28 and probably about 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" in diameter.
