Question airbags on a camaro(suspension, all 4 corners)

i have been looking into getting an airbag system for my car, i like what i have read so far, but i have a question... if anybody has an airbag setup on their camaro/firebird, where does the car sit when the bags are aired up all the way? i have the sportlines now, and i have some problems with clearance..(duh) but i am looking for a setup that i can get back or near to stock height for those times where i have no choice but to drive through(more specifically the stupid freaking speedbumps and pop-up barrier where i work!!! they are like friggin curbs!!) i know the cost for airbag setups are pretty hefty, but i do not like to make compromises with my car... that and i dont care what anyone says, scraping the hell out of your exhaust as you pull into the gas station does not make you look cool

heres a link to the site where they sell the air strut...

flippin, could you give me a general breakdown of how much you spent on the entire airbag setup? trying to see if my figures are even remotely close.... i am looking at about 2500 bucks... (a high estimate, just in case...)

You might want to talk to CamaroCasanova. He is from Cali and has airbags on his Z.

My airbags were done by MIC www.masterimagecustoms.com in Anaheim Hills Ca. Back is straight axle easy with bags mounted on welded perches where the spring pocket used to be, and with cups on the top. Front is bag, where struts/spring used to be. It required them to weld a perch on the k member for the top, and used the bottom a-arm with a perch welded in place. You lose the sway bar though. Shocks are handled by welding bungs in place on the lower a arm and the body. I have a 3/8 lined, 1 tank set up mostly just for up and down motion, no crazy stuff here, although I am sure it could easily be done. (As in fast-bagging it) for quick motion. I wouldn't drag a car with bags as it is a safety issue, but that is just me. Can't say I haven't hit it with the bags on it, but if one blows....
