98+ headlight housing on 93-97 Z28

Can anyone put just the 98+ headlight housing from a Camaro on a 93-97 Camaro? If it looks then I'll be buying some and working around the clock to have that installed. These stock headlights have got on my last nerve but $600+ for a headlight is total BS. Technology has come a long way but the price has become unreasonable.

umm, I really don't think it would be possible. It's like sticking a round block in a square hole. Just not gonna work. You could do the complete LS1 front end swap and the headlights could go in.

No, the Nissan Silvia headlight housings will work tho...search and ye shall find...

There are also a few other options, and for nowhere close to $600.

it prolly would but you would have to do a lot of shaving and bonding with the panels. Just my opinon, but I think they should have put the 98 up headlights and kept the 93-97 front lower facia when they redesign the Camaro...but that's another topic

Ok guys I didn't put it in the first post b/c I thought people would understand BUT I know that I'll have to do some cutting to get new headlights to fit. And I want the new Camaro headlights or something similar because I sell PIAA lights so I can upgrade the lighting system for a stock housing. And I want a housing that isn't going to need to much cutting to fit but at the same time it fills the huge headlight gap chevy forgot to fill

How about a Chevy truck headlight like the one seen in this picture?(it was the first picture I found when I googled for it.) Aftermarket places sell "crystal diamond" versions and stuff like that so you can have a different looking headlight.

LMAO!!! What about the person driving it? HAHAHAHA

And yea actually extreme S10 lights are what I have been looking at lately. They are somewhat long in depth, long enough to fit, not to much higher then the Camaro body allows. We just put some blue HID bulbs in the housing on a 2002 extreme this weekend and the whole time I wanted to take his lights out and put them on my camaro. Does anyone know how much cutting would have to be done in that area for it to work? PLEASE only educated and experienced people answer the previous question. I really feel like it would not be that much cutting, just the black piece on the outside of the headlight housing. Maybe just a little of the real bumper but not anything big.
