does anybody know what color the convertible boots were on the 97 spec ed. cars???

 

From what I remember those cars were the white with orange stripes? I think the interior was white as well. At least on the ones that I saw. I think the boot was also white.

yeah they are white w/ hugger orange stripes, when I bought my car the boot didn't come w/ it. It was a used car.

I wonder If that kind of plastic can be painted?????

all I've found are gray, black , and tan!!!

 

Yup...a good enamel over it should do just fine...I'm sure an upholstery shop near you could handle that NO prob.

Thanks for the help guys, I really can't believe they put a gray Boot On a car w/ white rims, white car, white interior, white top!!

Oh well I'm going to have my painted hugger orange, like the 67 pace cars!!!

 

I have a 94 25th Anniversary Trans Am convertible that is triple white too, and came with the gray boot. I was thinking about painting it white and putting the blue stripes on it to make it match the rest of the car.
