Put this console in my 95 Camaro and I have an automatic however the console is a manual one with a shift boot (It's what was available lol) I thought hey it would be kinda cool to have a leather boot on the auto like some pontiacs have. Well it won't accommodate the shifter throw.


Does the console fit up to the automatic shifter just fine with the correct automatic plate? Or does the shifter somehow gotta move a lil? I wouldn't imagine it would, but I also didn't think the manual one would be an issue.

 

It will work with the auto shift plate with out moving the shifter location
