I have a 95 Z28 and am going to be adding a billet grill. Here in Ontario we HAVE to have front plates or we get a $110 ticket. We can't even put the plate in the windshield. I was wondering what others have done (I saw the earlier license plate post..it was for a 98, not helpful). I was thinking of using the factory plate holder and somehow modifying it if its possible. I don't really want to modify the grill. Any suggestions? Thanks.

The SLP bracket for 98+ LS1 cars should work fine. I have it on my car thanks to a very unfriendly Illinois state trooper.. Otherwise there really is no solution for your car unless you modify the original bracket which will ruin the looks of the new grill.
Or you could do this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0TS3SInyoY#GU5U2spHI_4

We can't do the air dam thing up here. I love the plate flipper in the YouTube video!!!! I can't find it anywhere though. I may have to go with the SLP mount. I checked it out and it works on 93-02 Camaros so I think I'll order it. Anyone knows how and where it installs? I was trying to find instructions but had no luck. Anytime I leave Onterrible I'd like to remove the whole damn thing. Thanks!

You pretty much popup a few plastic retainers from the bottom of your front bumper. Drill 2 holes and bolt the front plate bracket on that way. Takes about 10mins, unless you try to do it with the car not jacked up. That was fun
When I have a chance I am going to make it so mines easily removable.

With the ground effects I am not sure. But you can probably make it work, the bracket will bend if you need it to. I'm sure you can come up with something.
I ordered mine here

Shows a picture of the actual bracket. It does dip so it might clear the ground effects without any modifications.
I don't have many pictures with the bracket on but heres one example.

It looks good if you do it properly.
