hey guys..... my lights are popping up when i turn the parking lights on now and when i turn them down the both go down no problem but the driver side motor keeps cranking it making an annoying noise for 10sec after its already down....everything was fine then one day it just started doing this any idea what caused it????

 

http://www.bfranker.badz28.com/ Go hear, My headlights did the samething untill I bought a pair of brents brass gears. Now they work fine! You problem with your head lights poping up has something to do with the grinding your headlights make when you close them. Take care of the gear and that problem will go away. Take care.

 

Yeah- even easier is to follow the directions on his site, you may not need any new parts at all.

I followed his directions and had mine fixed in 15 minutes- no cost.

 

i too had this problem...brents page helped me out! took less than 10 minutes to fix it... and now they work better than new!

i already emailed brent and thanked him...but i'll say it again, that webpage is awesome, the directions made it easy, and i'm glad i didn't have a *gasp* dealer look at it and tell me i needed 600 dollars worth of parts or something
