off the top of my head u need a hood, lights, grille, impact absorber, fenders, bumper and prob all brackets.

This was my order from GMPP. I purchased fenders , headlights , bumpercover , bumpercover impact absorber , foglights separately through various "parting out forums".
Basically if you don't have access to a donor car - the above list has all the parts/ bracketry to make the install work - comes to about $138.00 - you'll need two of the 10414405.
