In the May 2003 issue of GMHTP, I noticed that the killer green Z-28 on the cover has some neat looking louvers on the fog lamps. Does anybody know of they are just covers on the stock ones, or are they different lamps altogether? I think they look really good and clean up the front end a lot.

 

The louvers are from a 1le camaro. They delete the fog lamps, not sure if you can still buy them from gm or maybe look around on ebay.

 

Like said above - those louvers are the fog light delete - he has no lights behind them. This can be done, but would take some quite entesive work. If interested in them, check out GMPartsDirect.com...you can find part numbers and more pictures here.

 

I took a closer look and what I saw to be foglights is actually part of the shiny radiator behind it. Well I work for a Chevy dealer so I'll look for them on Monday. If I can still get them I might just yank the foglamps altogether; it's not like they are that bright and the aftermarket ones I have seen look stupid anyway. Thanks for that little bit of info, it was driving me crazy
