93-97 black headlights

have any of you ever heard of anyone using vht tailshades paint on their headlights....i have a headlight that is getting fogged and i wanted to make them look new again. I think they would look pretty sweet...just my .02 what do you guys think?

haha o knew someone would say that. actually that stuff is transparent when the light hits it. i also have hid fog lights which are on by my choice even with highbeams. visability is not a problem.

AZ2ENVY on this board has them..I believe he did his with actual tint however...correct me if I'm wrong. It looks good though...this is the only picture I could find of his car that may be what you are looking for:

Hopefully he'll see this and post up some more....I would like to see a better shot myself!

If you buy Smoke Covers for your car your gonna loose 40 % of your lighting i know I have a 1997 SS CAMARO White bod and black out all around the car. I just switched my fog lights with a pair of PILOT lights and i can finally see more then 5 feet in front of me while driving at night.

Yeah I have to have my HIGH BEAMS on at night time LOL..... grrrrrr only the ls1 have better lights and bulbs you can buy.... chevy didnt make enough after mark parts for the LT1
