i associate louvers with white trash or a mullet head, but i wasnt around in those days to think they where cool. ive only seen them on 1 4th gen and they looked good though. and they was painted and real thin slits. but i dont like them on older camaros cause i see those on all the primered up rusty cars in town. that comes from a teenager though.

Go here:
http://www.netgearhead.com/
PepBoys can get to, but I think they might be a little higher.
I've been thinking about this for a while. I say go for it if it's what you want.

Im looking for some...

I have a 1996 white camaro RS. Im looking for louvers. Of course I dont want to buy some $300 ones. Im looking for someone who might have bought some, relized they didnt like them, and cant get rid of them so they are looking to sell them for whatever. I personally think that they dont look that bad.

I agree with Bud. The old Mach-1's are about the only cars I've seen where they actually look good.

Louvers are only cool on cars with completely flat rear glass, like a Lamborghini Miura

Do not get the plastic.... I had it... Rattled above 65MPH and it cracked at 130MPH.... This was 5 years ago... And yes, I was going for a 70's theme...

The benefit is, it cooled the car down alot in Texas heat...
