4th gen, door hinge or pin
My drivers side door has a weird angle I suspect that the bushing on the lower hinge is the culpret(worn badly). Can I replace the pin or bushing without replacing the whole hinge. I ask because the dealer only lists the full hinge. Thanks

Re: 4th gen, door hinge or pin
Thanks for the info. The dealer I spoke with said they were not available, maybe if I had the part number. After doing some reasearch I think my main problem is that the door was not aligned properly.... it doesnt sag the door just sticks out a bit on the bottom and is to far in at the top. I am going to take the fender off tomorow and see if I can adjust it properly.

The part numbers to replace the pin and bushings are as follows:
Bushings: 20058035 need 2 $6.51
Pin: 20262500 $1.62
Got the part numbers from a Pontiac dealership. Chev dealer told me I could only get the hinge. Dealer verified these part numbers with my VIN.
Mine "should" be at the dealership today. The ice has delayed delivery of the parts. They had to be ordered.

Well, the parts came in, but it was a very short pin like 1.5" and the bushings are metal. I did not buy them. I had them order in a hinge for me and will compare the parts with the hinge. If to big of a PITA, I may just replace the hinge.
