Lightbulb 4th gen BLENDING GFX to the Car Bumpers and Rockers

I think this is an awesome mod if your car is getting a complete paint make over. Which mine is. So I need to know what body kits you think look right when blended to the body and WHAT MATERIALS are needed to blend to the body panels without losing the panels or seeing lines. I have heard a lot of bondo and sanding wont ever fail. Am I right in thinking this?

I currently have a wings went body kit for a 93-97 style. I am keeping the sides and rear and upgrading to a new 98+ front nose so I will need a nice kit for my nose instead. And I will need to sell the 93-97 wings west front spoiler.

do a search for molding ground effects or for molding gfx, FYI bondo is the WORST thing you can use

DO NOT USE BONDO.

Do a search on "molding" "molded" like nov said. We covered all of this before.

Here is a pic of my custom molded kit:

Make sure they use fiberglass, and not bondo!

okay after searching with moldings as the key word I was able to find a thread that was actually quite popular. it tells me everything I need to know and i have to read through it and mnake a materials list. Epoxy, fiberglass and glass beads should do the trick, now only to find the exact stuff and order it.

Just a FYI, this is going to be at least 1000 x harder than you expect.

Good luck !

PU12en Do you have any pics of your car? From the looks of your sig it seemd awesome. I know it is going ot be hard to blend these. I might do it to the front and back and leave the sides because the side ones are less noticable and if they are uniform no one will notice. The front and rear bumper covers can also be replaced but the sides can't. I think the smooth look of the molded pieces is awesome. I have apic of a white late model 4th gen with an awesome kit and a couple more like it. now to find out which kit it is....

Sweet, I like the contrast of the white rims on the black paint. It really stands out.
