Exclamation 35th Camaro Anniversary Questions

I saw this car the other day and was just wondering if it really was a 35th ann.

1) The hood looked like an aftermarket ss hood with black stripes (car is red)
2) There were no power windows.
3) There were no buttons on the steering wheel to control the radio.
4) It had Z28 emblems. I thought the 35th ann. were all SS.
5) Car was an auto.

I saw on the dash the 35th anniversray logo, but it just didnt make sense to me.

Just curious.

Thanx!

Or like 97, which were all 30th anniversary cars and all had the 30th logo on the seat back.
What you confussing this with are the 35 1LE cars that had the special package.

Re: 35th Camaro Anniversary Questions

Let me see, that would be 2002 - 1967 = 35. Yep, it's a 35th.

Re: 35th Camaro Anniversary Questions

That was a 35th anny Z-28 with decals from www.3rdgendecals.com
and a aftermarket or used oem hood.

He bought them aftermarket, it's a 35th Z-28 just not a limited edition SS.

that's the way I take it anyways...

Re: 35th Camaro Anniversary Questions

Just like in 92/97, all 2002 cars are considered "35th Anniv" and had 35th Anniversary Plaques on the dash.

Re: 35th Camaro Anniversary Questions

So theres a 35th anniversary edition and then there is a 35th anniversary special edition?

man this is confusing.

I was under the impression that 35th ann. meant that it was an SS with those checkered stripes.

Im confused.

We have the same problem when we talk about the 97's. They are all 30th anniversary but only the White and Orange with the stripes, etc. are considered "special addition".
Wasted 4 yrs. of college, ay.
