2 1/16" or 2 5/8" gauges for Firebird vents?

1) What size gauges fit in the Firebird vents? (2.0625" or 2.625")

2) Which size gauges fit in the triple-pod a-piller trims that are available?

I'd like to get 2 5/8" full-sweep gauges, but I want to make sure I'm looking at the right sizes before picking styles/types.

3) Anyone have reccomendations on gauges for a daily driver that might see some lapping days and a couple days at the strip each year? Here's what I'm leaning towards:
  • Fuel Pressure - electrical, full sweep
  • Tranny Temp - electrical, full sweep
  • ?????
No nitrous yet, but I'll probably go with bottle pressure in one ofthe center A/C vents when I do if the 3 gauges are all filled. I'll have oil temp in the PCM datastream for logging, but I don't know if I'd need it in the cockpit if I already have coolent temp in the gauge cluster. I plan on getting a WB O2 as well... but I don't know of any way to hook it up to an autometer cheapo gauge and calibrate it... possible?

Just some thoughts, and I need the sizes before I can really start looking at a full set.

If I remember right, the 2 5/8 fit the vents, the pods are available in either or.
