Question 1995 Formula headlight question

My 95 Formula has REALLY dim headlights. I just got a new batt. and the alternator is fine. They have been this way ever since I bought the car back in October. My question is can I just replace the low and high beam bulbs, or do I have to replace each driver and passenger complete headlight assemblys ?

Also, any ideas why my lights are like this ? I beleave my lights are alligned good, there just very weak

you can check for loose or coroded cables/connectors to the headlight.

There are no seperate bulbs, they're the old Sealed-beam type bulbs.

You can try the Silverstars but I don't know if they make them for our cars, you can also do a search on this area and find tons of info on upgrading our crappy stock headlights.
