It took two years to get some wheels and badges? Nice looking car though.

Nice looking car. I'm also liking the two little piles of rubber on the pavement.

It took two years because I had to make the transition from high school to college while paying for the car and school, so it took me awhile to accumulate some money... Anyways, heres the patch I laid... They go all the way past the second telephone pole. I laid some before that but i havent been able to get my hands on the pictures yet

No, most of us sympathize (currently a poor college student). I think most of the humor came from the OP not highlighting the modifications he was trying to present. From the looks of the pictures without any explainations, it was just a set of rims and some badges.

Yeah, I was just giving him a hard time. I understand that mods take time. I've had my Z-28 for 2.5 years and it's been a long slow process to get it to where it is now. The blue car is still more or less in progress after 5 years.

its a nice car man ive had mine for almost 1 year now and i said i was gonna getted painted along timeago but its hard to pay for school and the car, insurance etc at the sametime, but yeah its a nice car. one thing i did was get a set of 17 weld racing wheels for it, but im saving money for that paintjob ive always wanted that corvette blue color. ive seen it on the 99 zo6s i believe.
